Legal-related major with knowledge of immigration laws.
Minimum 3 years of visa processing experience. Candidates with multinational corporate experience, particularly in handling visas for Serbia, South America, or the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), are preferred.
Prior HR experience, especially in payroll, is a plus.
Proficiency in Serbian and English.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and research Serbian visa policies and compliance requirements, ensuring timely updates on policy changes and implementing corresponding measures.
Identify, contact, and evaluate qualified, high-quality visa service agencies to establish long-term partnerships.
Supervise and assess the quality of visa agency services to ensure compliance with company standards.
Provide professional advice on visa-related matters to mitigate compliance risks.
Regularly report to management on visa policy updates, compliance progress, and key developments.
Conduct visa policy training and operational guidance for employees to enhance efficiency and compliance awareness.
Handle emergencies or urgent visa-related issues, offering prompt support and solutions.
Assist with payroll processing and individual tax declarations when necessary.
