HR Services is a team of 25 experts working closely with HR departments within the Carlsberg Group. Our main responsibilities are: supporting the execution of global HR processes, implementing and developing a global HR system for the Carlsberg Group, delivering consolidated HR analytics, and supporting Talent Management activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Participating in the implementation of Cloud HR System modules i.e. Onboarding, Talent Intelligence Hub, Recruitment
Supporting and optimizing existing solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors system
Consulting local HR on system improvements
Collaborating with technical support vendor to enable backend features
Problem and error-solving related to the HR Cloud System
Developing a solid local HR knowledge base
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a person who…
Has Fluent English (B2/C1)
Has knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS Cloud Systems
Has an interest in new technologies
Has an understanding of HR processes and their impact on the system
Has project management skills or practical experience participating in projects
Has continuous improvements mindset
Is experienced in data analysis and administration
Navigates easily in the Office365 environment
Is a good team player
Is good at planning, organizing, and troubleshooting
Has great communication skills
Is service-minded/customer-oriented
Is structured and detail-oriented
