Are you currently studying HR, business, or a related field – and eager to turn theory into practice?

We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented student assistant to join our People & Culture team and support the core of our HR operations.

Please note! We will only consider students who have existing knowledge of Danish employment law. And fluency in Danish as well English is a requirement for this job.

Location: Bagsværd | Start: As soon as possible | Workload: ~10 hours/week (flexible)

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be a trusted part of our HR function, supporting our People & Culture Lead with a variety of essential, hands-on HR-tasks, such as:

• Preparing employment contracts and addendums
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensuring personnel data is accurate and updated in our systems
• Maintaining digital personnel files and documentation
• Coordinating internal HR processes (e.g., policy updates, signature workflows)
• Assisting with reporting and basic data analysis
• Supporting ad hoc HR and compliance tasks

What we’re looking for:

• OBS! We will only consider students who have existing knowledge of Danish employment law
• Fluency in Danish and English is a requirement
• Currently studying a relevant degree (e.g., Professionsbachelor in HR, HA(psyk.), HA almen, or similar)
• A structured mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in digital systems and handling confidential information
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
