Robert Half is hiring an experienced HR Specialist to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry in Oceanside, CA. As an integral part of the HR department, you will specialize in supporting strategic HR initiatives, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
+ Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance and support to staff and supervisors.
+ Collaborate with management to execute HR strategies related to company growth and workforce development.
+ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
+ Administer payroll processes, benefits programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
+ Prepare and deliver reports on HR metrics to management, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of HR experience as a generalist, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
+ Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
+ SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
+ Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
