Responsibilities
· Collaborate with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needs
· Contribute to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning Center
· Guide and facilitate e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidance
· Develop and structure e-learning content using Hydro's tools
· Source visual content, coordinate production meetings, and ensure course approval
· Conduct thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assurance
· Align and edit video content, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitles
· Proactively update content, contribute to e-learning projects, and manage e-learning translations with external vendors
Continuously improve our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trends
Work experience
· Required 2-5 years of experience as E-learning courses design in a similar field
· L&D knowledge and experience is considered as an advantage
· Understanding of instructional design principles
· Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing software
· Experience with Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3D video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageous
· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia content
Education, specific skills
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalent
· Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
