Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Bihar. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified candidates. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with department managers on hiring needs, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also engage in relationship management with both clients and candidates to ensure a successful hiring outcome.
