Summary

I. Position Description The HR Projects and Systems Senior Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-level HR initiatives and optimizing HR technology platforms across Ecobat. This role is responsible for managing complex projects, overseeing HR systems (e.g., UKG), and enabling data-driven decision-making and process improvement across the global HR function. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the design, implementation, and management of global HR projects and initiatives aligned with Ecobat's strategic priorities. * Serve as system owner for the HRIS (e.g., UKG), overseeing configuration, user support, vendor management, and continuous optimization. * Manage cross-functional teams and project plans to ensure timely delivery of HR system upgrades, process improvements, and new technology rollouts. * Develop and maintain global HR data governance standards to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security. * Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic workforce planning and leadership decision-making. * Act as a liaison between HR and IT to identify and deploy technology solutions that improve process efficiency and employee engagement. * Drive process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across core HR functions. * Lead change management and communication strategies to support successful adoption of new systems and processes. * Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws and internal audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). * Support HR leadership in defining and executing continuous improvement strategies. II. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). * 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR systems management, or project leadership roles in a complex or global organization. * Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). * Strong background in HR project management, process redesign, and change management. * Analytical mindset with experience in creating HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. * Knowledge of global data privacy regulations and HR compliance standards. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certification is a plus. III. Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Primarily office-based at Ecobat's headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with hybrid work flexibility. * Occasional travel may be required to company locations or vendor sites. * Must be able to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods. * Occasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds. * Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to operate software, conduct meetings, and interact effectively with team members.
