Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract HR Project Manager to lead critical process improvement initiatives within our organization. This 6+ month contract position requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change and optimize HR operations. This role is fully remote, however our client would prefer talent based in Atlanta should the need for local collaboration take place intermittently. The ideal HR Consultant will have superior communication skills, and be adept at navigating a wide range of personality and tenure. Candidates who have experience in the healthcare field will be given first consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows that align with best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure process changes are well-integrated across teams.
  • Leverage Workday HRIS to enhance tracking, reporting, and overall process management.
  • Create clear and actionable documentation, including process maps and guidelines.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and optimize performance.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to promote innovative and strategic thinking.
  • Act as a change agent by challenging existing practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead the redesign of the onboarding process and other key HR functions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR project management or process improvement roles.
  • Proficiency with Workday HRIS, including its use for tracking and managing HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles; certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective process maps and documentation.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to connect dots and ask probing questions.
  • Experience in onboarding process redesign and other HR operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives.
