Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support our Financial and Operational Fitness transformation program across the US and Canada. This global initiative aims to drive growth and operational efficiency through right-shoring, process simplification, and automation. The role involves leading HR workstreams, managing risks, driving change, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage HR project plans and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Act as the main HR contact for Operations project leads
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Communications, and Business
  • Oversee HR-related materials (e.g., role descriptions, training, onboarding)
  • Drive change management and ensure stakeholder engagement
  • Track progress and report to the US HR Leader


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in HR or business transformation
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Workday is a plus
  • Experience working with global teams (e.g., Mexico team)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus)
  • Project Management Certification
  • Change management experience
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

***Pay Rate- $76-$78/hour
