Job Title: HR Program Manager

Location : Fremont, CA

Rate : $50/hr on W2

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to support HR Business Partners for Corporate Functions—including Finance, HR, Legal, Communications, and Corporate Strategy. This role focuses on driving the successful execution of people-related programs, coordinating key HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also bring generalist HR capabilities, with the flexibility to support a variety of HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HRBPs to support and implement talent management, performance, and employee engagement programs.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure consistent and aligned execution of HR initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for leadership and business reviews.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and logistics for HR programs and cross-functional projects.
• Provide generalist HR support, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in employee relations matters.
• Contribute to research and analysis for special HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in developing compensation goals, manpower planning, and HR policies and procedures.
• Support diversity and inclusion efforts across corporate functions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, program/project management, or a similar role.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and independence.
• High emotional intelligence and effective conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
