We are seeking a dynamic HR Program Manager to oversee our Management Trainee programs at ImageFIRST. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing programs that attract and develop top early-career talent and transitioning military personnel. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships with universities, military organizations, and internal stakeholders to drive program success, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Ths role will be based in Elsmford, NY or Chicago. IL.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Design & align management trainee programs to ensure a structured approach to talent development through career paths, job assignments, mentorship, and training programs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive university recruiting strategy including campus events, career fairs and partnerships with key schools.
  • Develop & expand the company’s military partnerships as a key source of talent.
  • Establish, grow and maintain key partnerships with identified universities and military organizations.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives, on campus and with key military partners, to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Organize and host on-campus and military recruiting events and interview teams.
  • Track and analyze program success through key performance metrics (retention, job KPIs, etc).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in project management, or in designing and leading management and/or talent development programs.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for talent development and commitment to employee development.
  • Experience with Military recruiting/partnerships is preferred.
  • Ability to travel nationally 30% of the time.
