HR Operations Supervisor
We are looking for an HR Operations Supervisor that will play a pivotal role in the Human Resources function by overseeing specific areas of the human resources department. The HR Operations Supervisor comprises a wide range of responsibilities such as managing staff, recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as handling employee relations and compliance issues.
Responsibilities
* Management of HR Systems including implementation and maintenance of HRIS, performance management software, job boards, and ATS/CRM.
* Manage new hire onboarding and orientation process. Includes facilitating the bi-weekly and off cycle new hire orientation.
* Engage with vendors to ensure systems/services are maximized and integrated where possible.
* Manage and update all data management related to job descriptions, performance evaluations, and training on our HR shared drive.
* Process and analyze pre-hire paperwork including background check administration, I-9, offer letter templates, and standardized communication across multiple positions.
* Own & monitor strategy related to employer branding including our website, developing our ATS/CRM, managing our templates, responding to candidate reviews on Glassdoor, and maintenance of social media materials.
* Supports talent acquisition sourcing and recruitment efforts and takes on a slate of requisitions as determined by Director, Talent Management.
* Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Engage and assist with ongoing development of performance management strategy, including maintaining and updating the performance management system.
* Research and stay educated on the latest trends in HR, including innovative technology, candidate trends, attending conferences, fielding vendor calls, or joining HR groups on social media platforms.
* Build local partnerships with organizations that specialize in assisting people with their job search, including those that specialize in diversity hiring.
Job Requirements
* Bachelors degree in human resources, I/O Psychology, or related field.
* Knowledge of human resources administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have a strong understanding of labor laws and possess strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of HR processes and policies and ensuring compliance in accordance with labor laws.
