As an HR Operations Specialist, you act as a single point of contact for HR Operations people processes in the allocated departments, being accountable to fulfill them legally, rightfully and timely.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the employee’s lifecycle activities in the departments/divisions allocated, ensuring all documentation is following the legal requirements and internal policies (e.g. hiring preparation, documents checks and collection, position changes, maternities, HR Systems updates, terminations), is correctly prepared and timely communicated to employees.
  • Reports timely and accurately the employment contracts changes to authorities (i.e. Revisal, other) via the vendor, or directly.
  • Communicates constantly with the employees and ensures they obtain the right answers regarding HR processes and policies.
  • Runs background screening activities, so that all employees are screened in due time.
  • Proposes solutions to subjects that concern legal changes, in case of new projects implementation (e.g. work from home), changes in the legislation, other situations requiring support.
  • Manages international assignments, international hires and vendors, collaborating with involved teams, both locally & internationally.
  • Coordinates the GDPR topics related to HR processes, synchronizing all HR teams, if the case.
  • Responsible for managing absences process & HR systems improvements in this area.
  • Acts as reporting point of contact for HR reporting in Operations team (except for payroll activities).
  • Actively support HR IT systems implementations (Workday, SharePoint, etc.), as required.
  • Further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g. HR policies updates and implementation, support on new HR Admin processes).


Skills


  • Has 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a multinational organization.
  • Advanced Romanian Labor legislation knowledge.
  • Works well with HR Systems (Workday, preferable).
  • Excellent Excel skills; MS Office.
  • English skills – advanced.
  • Is a good communicator and values cooperation and team spirit.
  • Has good planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals; is detail oriented.
  • Is interested in learning new skills and developing herself/himself.
  • Is highly adaptable and copes very well with a dynamic environment.
