Tasks

🧑‍💼 People & Hiring

• Coordinate recruiting: schedule interviews, keep candidates moving, help evaluate


• Handle onboarding, contracts, and basic HR administration


• Make sure we stay compliant with Dutch employment law


• Be a culture carrier and team confidant

🏠 Office & Culture

• Keep the office functional, stocked, and welcoming (even if it’s not fancy)


• Manage groceries, coffee, and small ops tasks that keep us running


• Organize team lunches, offsites, birthdays, and tiny rituals that matter


• Watch out for culture and team energy as we scale

📣 Social & Brand Support

• Help promote Vox on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels


• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and write short updates


• Help us show the world what we’re building and who’s building it

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is a must for HR tasks)


• Super organized and good with people


• Someone who takes initiative and enjoys helping others succeed


• Comfortable in a fast-moving, messy-but-magic startup environment


• Bonus: You’ve worked in HR, office ops, or done some social media before
