Job Description
As HR Manager for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across our parks and local office(s). You will act as a strategic partner to operational management, while also ensuring compliance with the different labor laws and group HR policies. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment, people development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
Act as the HR leader for the target market, aligned with the group's overall HR strategy
Partner with local and group leadership to support business goals through people strategies
Contribute to building a strong company culture at park and office level
Recruitment & Onboarding
Lead recruitment processes for key park and support roles
Develop local partnerships for sourcing seasonal and operational staff
Oversee smooth and compliant onboarding for all new hires
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and collective labor agreements where applicable
Act as point of contact for employee relations matters
Support managers in performance management and conflict resolution
HR Administration & Payroll
Oversee or coordinate payroll, benefits, and HR administration (in collaboration with external providers if needed)
Maintain accurate employee records and reporting
The Successful Applicant
Must-Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices
Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written) (and German or French preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Nice-to-Have
Experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, or multi-site operations
Previous exposure to international or matrix organizations
Proficiency with HRIS tools
