Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks will include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. The HR Manager will also handle performance management, training, and development, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
