Role Responsibilities
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company brand.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.
- Create job descriptions and ensure they are attractive and informative.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote an inclusive culture.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies.
- Experience in negotiating job offers and managing expectations.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
