Role Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top IT talent through various channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company brand.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.
  • Create job descriptions and ensure they are attractive and informative.
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote an inclusive culture.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with social media recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in negotiating job offers and managing expectations.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
