What You’ll Be Doing (Day in the Life):
- Talent Scout & Deal Closer: Leverage your insider knowledge of the tech recruiter market in India especially with the staffing ecosystem to source the best and brightest IT recruiters from the staffing agency worls
- Relationship Guru: Build long-lasting IT recruiter network relationships that are as solid as a rock. Ver.: 1.3
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect and analyze data from HR tools, maintain quality through regular audits, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Specialized Role Hiring: Work independently on niche project based recruiter roles to be closed in 7 to 15 days TAT
- HR Operations: Work closely on HR operations for building performance driven culture. Requires heavy research and innovative idea implementations
- Ongoing pipeline building: Continuously arrange interviews of IT recruiters from different agencies to build the pipeline
