HR Generalist – Surabaya Placement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Having min 5 years of experience in the same field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, and MS 365.
- Experienced in operating the HRIS Talenta system.
- Demonstrates high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Based in Surabaya or willing to be placed at the Surabaya office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel data, including updates to personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant employee data through the Talenta HRIS system.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations (including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, BPJS contributions, and income tax/PPh 21) within Talenta.
- Coordinate with the Jakarta HR team and Site HR teams to validate employee databases and payroll components.
- Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs.
- Oversee the management of office facilities, including the maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment at the Surabaya office.
- Perform other HRGA-related tasks as directed by management.
