Job Summary
Bayfront Capital Advisors is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist (Associate Level) to support our core HR operations. This role is essential in maintaining smooth day-to-day processes, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and managing communication with internal teams and external clients.
You’ll be responsible for key functions such as payroll processing, employee records management, and client coordination. Beyond administrative duties, you’ll also help drive HR initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing work culture—including employee engagement activities, wellness efforts, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical), contracts, and personal information.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of relevant documentation.
- Monitor timekeeping, leave tracking, and attendance management.
- Prepare and issue HR letters (e.g., employment verification, COEs).
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and assist in the development and coordination of employee learning programs.
- Coordinate with external providers or internal teams to schedule and evaluate training sessions.
Performance Management
- Assist in the implementation and administration of the company’s performance management system.
- Coordinate performance review schedules and support managers in conducting evaluations.
- Track performance metrics and assist in identifying high-potential employees and areas for improvement.
Payroll & Reimbursements
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and external payroll vendors.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, benefits, deductions, and government-mandated contributions.
- Handle compliance and timely submission of statutory requirements including: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
- Manage employee reimbursements and coordinate timely disbursement.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and support internal/external audits and regulatory reporting.
General HR Support
- Assist in the rollout and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Track employee reimbursements, manage business trip logistics, and support expense reporting.
- Participate in company-wide HR initiatives, events, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Vendor Management & Reporting
- Monitor deliverables and data from third-party HR and payroll providers.
- Ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and verify data accuracy.
- Support internal reviews and external audits involving outsourced HR services.
Client Management & Billing
- Maintain updated client records, contracts, and service agreements.
- Track and manage introducers and their corresponding referrals or leads.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices based on agreed timelines and services rendered.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve billing-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to reconcile client-related data for reporting and collections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Open to fresh grads, ideally with exposure to payroll, employee services, and client-facing functions in the Philippines during internship.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Experience with HRIS platforms and government portals for payroll and employee record management.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering and building positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
