Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, time and attendance management, statutory compliance, HRMS operations, payroll processing, policy formulation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent acquisition strategies.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Time & Attendance Management:
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and work hours to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update attendance records through HRMS.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
  • Handle audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
  • HRMS Operations:
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HRMS for payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee data management.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Assist in payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary disbursement and coordinate with finance teams for timely payments.
  • Policy Formulation & Implementation:
  • Draft and update HR policies in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Ensure proper communication and implementation of HR policies across departments.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
