CFC has a need for a HR Data and Systems Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays. The HR Data and Systems Analyst manages, analyzes and reports on HR data to support strategic HR planning and decision-making. This position is also responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance and support of the HRM system, ELM (Learning Management) and other HR solutions including development of human resources related metric tools and HCM system interfaces.
As a HR Data and Systems Analyst, you will:
- Perform employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintain consistent with company policies and privacy regulations.
- Analyze operational data and presents the findings on the implementation and effectiveness of HR programs delivery and methodologies to the senior management.
- Identify areas for improvements to workforce productivity and modifications to HR programs as well as provide planning and forecasting tools for better planning and effectiveness.
- Process and maintain employee information and employee records in the HRMS and adhere to records retention and compliance standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR information entered into the system/s and test new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures and data.
- Define system requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate and troubleshoot issues.
- Prepare and deliver required reporting and filings.
To be successful, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience managing HR data.
- Prior HRMS management and implementation experience required.
- Strong employee data management knowledge.
- Strong HR Metrics and analytics skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong HR software and implementation knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills.
