Behind every great BRANDITO experience is an even greater team. As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day rhythm of our team while helping shape an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to do their best work.
You’ll partner with the HR Manager to keep things running smoothly—whether it’s onboarding a new hire, managing employee data, coordinating training, or helping plan company-wide events that bring our culture to life. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes support that makes every interaction feel personal and every process feel seamless.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- People Partner: Support the HR Manager on key projects and serve as a go-to resource for employees across all departments.
- Records + Reporting Lead: Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and keep our HRIS system up-to-date and organized.
- Recruiting Assistant: Support hiring across the company—posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping move great talent through the pipeline.
- Onboarding Owner: Lead the onboarding process from start to finish—including background checks, new hire kits, I-9 reviews, and orientation that sets the tone for a great employee experience.
- Feedback Facilitator: Help coordinate employee reviews (90-day, mid-year, annual) and make sure they’re completed on time and with impact.
- Benefits & Support Resource: Assist with open enrollment and respond to team member questions with clarity and care.
- Culture Contributor: Help bring our culture to life by supporting company-wide events, employee programs, and internal initiatives that make BRANDITO a great place to work.
- Team Collaborator: Work cross-functionally to support people-focused projects throughout the company.

What Helps You Shine in This Role:
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and web-based tools.
- Familiar with HR policies, procedures, and best practices (or eager to dive in and learn fast).
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit at a desk comfortably while working on a computer, for extended periods of time.
