Job Overview
This position will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company’s HR department, including recruiting and onboarding new hires, enforcing company policies and practices, and reporting on key metrics.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
Create and maintain job postings on all platforms.
Source candidates by reaching out to various vendors, job boards, etc.
Screen resumes and mange the interview proves between Market Lead, Field Manager, and candidate.
Ensure timely recruiting and hiring.
Send candidate and new hire status updates to management.
Send new hire hiring emails (including HRIS, background check, and drug test emails).
Coordinate first day details between IT, Market Lead, and new hire. Send any necessary forms.
Onboarding
Follow up with all new hires and Market Leads on first day to confirm all logins, access, timecard use, and certification.
Manage and maintain training checklists for all new hires. Ensure that checklists are not only completed but uploaded to employee profile.
Manage all certifications for completion.
Administrative
Write birthday posts on Teams for all employees.
Send and upload coaching/discipline forms as necessary.
Create and maintain various HR, payroll, and operational reports. Send out as required.
Review and approve Time & Attendance shift changes.
Review current processes and offer improvements as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in HR, specifically recruiting, is a plus
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Excel
Ability to handle competing priorities and manage time efficiency
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work successfully work remotely
Proven experience being innovative and resourceful
