Description Robert Half is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support HR functions for our client in Carlsbad, CA. As a go-to contact for all HR-related administrative tasks, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This position is ideal for candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources! Key Responsibilities: + Assist in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards. + Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. + Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. + Coordinate training schedules and support employee engagement initiatives. + Prepare HR reports and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies. + Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to support collaborations and queries. + Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and company policies in a timely manner. Requirements + 2+ years of HR experience in a similar role required. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems. + Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail. + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. + Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
