Job Title: HR Specialist | Recruiter – Parttime, Onsite

Location: Charleston, South Carolina 29456 United States

Willingness to work with EMEA colleges (Israel time zone)

Working part time (up to 50%)

The HR Specialist acts as a strategic partner to designated business unit

The HR Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring & firing and replacement processes (workforce planning)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the unit manager
• Support organizational processes (recruiting, firing, retention, employees “circle of life”)
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict solution and performances issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
  
  

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

2+ years of experience in similar position

Experience in recruiting varied types of positions (engineers, blue color position etc.)

Skills & competencies:

Understanding of HR practices , labor law and employee relations

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Experience in HR systems
