Candidate should possess experience in HR Generalist areas or Business Partnering areas. Exposure to Employee Relations and CoE is required. Should possess good stakeholder management skills, business acumen and project management skills. Aligns HR strategies and insight with business goals and actively develops initiatives and approaches to achieve and deliver on these. Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues.
Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., talent management, compensation review, organizational change, performance management, learning and employee engagement). Proactively support, guide and coach Oracle managers and employees on all HR related programs and matters. Equip our People Leaders and Managers to be inclusive, effectively engage with their people and create agile, high performing teams. Work on employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values.
The aspiring candidate should also possess:
- Hands on experience on Business Partnering areas, such as Strategic HR, Stakeholder Management, manage end to end employee life cycle.
- Strong business acumen skills and should have liaised with business leadership.
- Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Culture and Inclusion, HR analytics areas.
- Working knowledge on HR COEs and SME in any one of the core HR responsibilities. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Postgraduate in HR with 6 to 10 years HRBP experience.
