Summary

Our client is seeking an HR and Benefits Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting their HR operations. This position is responsible for managing employee data within their HRIS system and ensuring seamless administration of employee benefits. You’ll be a vital partner in maintaining data accuracy, processing payroll, and providing responsive support to employees as they navigate their benefits options.


In this role, you'll also take the lead on payroll processing for U.S.-based employees and contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing payroll systems. Responsibilities:

  • Process new hire benefit enrollments and manage changes to existing plans
  • Communicate benefit information through orientations and internal platforms
  • Respond to employee questions regarding eligibility, coverage, and claims
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations on benefits
  • Process payroll using Dayforce platform
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Lead and support projects related to payroll processes and system upgrades
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data
  • Maintain and update HRIS records across personal, employment, benefits, and performance modules
  • Conduct data audits and resolve inconsistencies in employee records
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR insights and planning
  • Configure HRIS settings and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IT
  • Recommend and implement system improvements to streamline HR processes
  • Develop custom reports and visualizations to track key HR metrics
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to HR leadership
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and ensure regulatory compliance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or UltiPro
  • Prior experience managing payroll cycles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Solid understanding of benefits plans (health insurance, retirement, FSAs)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards related to benefits
