Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Consulting
- Partner with clients to analyze their current HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop customized HR strategies, and systems that align with the client's business goals and growth plans.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Design and implement innovative HR solutions, and content strategy including workshops, employee engagement programs, employer branding and learning and development initiatives.
- Manage project lifecycles, ensuring efficient and effective delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
Client Management & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and exceeding expectations.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Draft clear and concise client communication, including emails and reports.
HR Product Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cutting-edge HR products and service offerings that address market needs and client challenges.
- Ensure new products and services are scalable and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
