Duties

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Job Postings & Advertising: Support the HR team by posting job openings and managing recruitment ads across various platforms.
  • Applicant Tracking & Data Management: Maintain and update job openings in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accuracy and make recommendations based on the data collected.
  • Hiring Manager Support: Assist managers with recruiting tools and processes to streamline hiring efforts.
  • Career Fairs & Recruiting Events: Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other hiring events to attract top talent. Research and utilize local recruiting resources while also leveraging social media.
  • Background Checks & Verification: Handle administrative tasks such as background checks and reference verifications to ensure compliance and a well-coordinated hiring experience.
  • Reports & Presentations: Create reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and provide to leadership as requested.
  • Additional Responsibilities & Flexibility: Perform and adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of one year of recruiting experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the responsibilities of this role.
