Summary

Apex Retail 於2007年在新加坡創立,旗下擁有多個國際高級護膚品牌。至今在香港及新加坡共開設20間分店,現積極在亞洲不同地區擴展美容零售業務,致力為顧客提供優質美容護膚產品,從而改善及提升顧客的皮膚質素。

我們正在努力將國家級的護膚品推廣至香港本地市場,並計劃在亞洲地區擴展至50家分店,以實現我們的上市目標。

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of HR support including but not limited to C&B, payroll, taxation, recruitment activities, visa application, staff on-boarding and employee attendance etc;
  • Maintain accurate employee record in HR system and filing system;
  • Liaise with different parties and service providers to support the HR OPERATIONS;
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirement

  • Preferably 1 years’ solid operations experience in Retail/ F&B /FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
