This role offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse hands-on experience across HR, administration, and business development. It is ideal for a professional with at least one year of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll management, and administrative tasks, preferably within the AEC industry, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, utilizing various recruitment channels and job portals.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time using Keka HRMS, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as entry and exit formalities, induction programs, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support performance appraisal systems, career development initiatives, and policy updates to ensure alignment with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle daily office operations, vendor coordination, and event organization, ensuring a safe and functional workplace.
  • Maintain administrative and employee documentation in an up-to-date and organized manner.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and other administrative needs.
  • Assist the business development team with market research, lead generation, proposals, and stakeholder coordination.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Keka for payroll, recruitment, and HR management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and familiarity with the AEC industry.
  • Knowledge of business development, event organization, and compliance.
