Salary: €35,000 + uncapped bonuses

The Role

As an HR Advisor, you will utilise your HR expertise to provide crucial advice to prospective clients across various sectors in Ireland. Supporting Business Development Managers during sales meetings, you will help showcase the value of the services by offering practical HR and employment law guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in sales meetings via video or telephone, offering HR advice before, during, and after appointments.
• Provide initial HR guidance on live issues to demonstrate the value of the service and expertise.
• Stay up to date with HR and Employment Law best practices to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Business Development Managers and Business Sales Consultants.
• Log advice accurately on the internal system and ensure smooth handover of cases to the Advisory Team.
• Review client documentation and offer expert guidance in line with applicable terms and conditions.
• Deliver internal training and legal updates to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct weekly knowledge sessions with Business Development Managers and one-on-one coaching with Sales Consultants.
• Host employment law webinars for prospective clients to highlight the benefits of the services.

What You Bring
