We’re looking for a part-time HR & Administration Specialist who’s excited to support our team and help shape our people and culture processes. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are highly organized, and care about making a real impact, we’d love to meet you.


Your Role:


As our HR & Admin Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people-related. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members across departments to ensure our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of HR strategy and actively drive people development initiatives
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new team members
  • Assist with payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
  • Help drive recruitment processes (e.g., scheduling interviews, posting jobs, candidate communication)
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong people & culture environment
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and HR systems
  • Support with daily operations and office organization, including helping create a welcoming team atmosphere (e.g., team events, logistics, and general office coordination)


What You Bring:


  • Prior experience in HR or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Familiarity with common HR tools (e.g. Personio, Google Workspace) is a plus
