Adecco is hiring an experienced HR Admin to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage key HR processes, including payroll, compliance, and employee support, while contributing to process optimization and policy development.
Responsibilities
✔ Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and benefits administration to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
✔ Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries related to policies, processes, and payroll.
✔ Maintain and manage HR documentation while ensuring GDPR compliance and alignment with Romanian labor laws.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (Payroll, Immigration, Health & Safety) to support HR operations.
✔ Develop and optimize HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
✔ Manage vendor communication, invoice processing, and administrative HR functions.
✔ Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and contribute to local and global HR projects.
Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in an HR Payroll & Admin role within an international environment.
✔ Hands-on experience with payroll processing and strong knowledge of Romanian labor law.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
