About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Integration Developer to join our global IT development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect our enterprise systems and applications. You’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless data flow, system automation, and scalable architecture across our global operations.

This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to enable smart, reliable, and high-performing integration workflows—supporting our ongoing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Integration Development (70%)

• Develop integration solutions using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
• Work with senior developers to ensure alignment with architectural and business goals.

🛠 Integration Maintenance (20%)

• Monitor integration jobs and ensure consistent data flow between systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows as needed.

🚀 Performance & Innovation (10%)

• Improve performance of current integration processes.
• Assist in configuring, upgrading, and deploying integration tools and systems.

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.

💻 Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience (e.g., Java, Python, or other backend languages), or EDI/API programming.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in database development (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud services.Experience with Linux isa plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines isa plus.
• Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a big plus.
• Business-level English fluency is a plus.
