A single executive in East Greenwich, RI, is seeking a dedicated Private Nanny & Household Manager to support the care and well-being of three kids, ages 6, 8, and 11, and provide seamless household management. You'll provide care and guidance for the kids while also handling various household tasks to keep everything running smoothly. We're looking for someone with a warm personality who can be hands-on with the kids but also step up to meet the expectations of an executive who needs support in managing their home and family schedule. Key Responsibilities: Childcare: Create a safe, engaging, and structured environment for the children. Plan age-appropriate activities, homework supervision, and after-school routines. Manage school drop-offs, pickups, and extracurricular activities. Prepare healthy meals and snacks. Household Management: Keep the household organized, clean, and running efficiently. Handle laundry and maintain tidiness in all areas. Schedule doctor and other appointments for the children. Coordinate with the executive to create daily and weekly agendas. Manage basic errands, grocery shopping, and light household tasks. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children, preferably as a nanny or in a similar childcare role. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain a well-run home. Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the family. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; comfortable driving the children. Must pass a background check for the safety of the children.
