Description

This is a part time 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. position. Every Monday and every other weekend.

~Maintain good communication

~Maintain confidentiality in regard to all program information

~Responsible for managing the house and the task list relating to the shift

~Provide child care and transportation with the agency vehicle for program participants as necessary

~Provide life skills training, outreach, parenting education and emotional support to program participants

~Ensure that program participants understand and comply with the guidelines/rules for behavior in transitional living program

~Basic computer skills necessary to complete daily notes for each program participant

~Participate in staff meetings and other community meetings and events as requested

~Maintain a cooperative relationship with coworkers, supervisors and directors and create an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust

~Flexible to change in duties and flexible with providing shift coverage
