Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle all bookings, inquiries, and guest communications on Airbnb and other platforms.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular cleaning and laundry services.
  • Conduct post-checkout inspections or coordinate with staff to ensure properties are guest-ready.
  • Liaise with vendors for any repairs or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of bookings across properties.
  • Monitor inventory levels for essentials (toiletries, linens, kitchen items, etc.) and restock as needed.
  • Ensure all appliances and systems (Wi-Fi, AC, heating, etc.) are functioning correctly.
  • Provide weekly reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational issues.
  • Suggest improvements to boost guest satisfaction, streamline operations, and increase revenue.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or Airbnb operations is ideal but we are open.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using Airbnb, Google Sheets/Excel, and messaging platforms.
  • Availability on weekends or evenings when required.
  • Own transport (if site visits are required).


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with automation tools like Hospitable, Guesty, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of interior upkeep and minor maintenance work.
  • Local knowledge of Noida for quick guest support and resource access.


Compensation:

  • Rs. 5000 per month to manage a single Airbnb apartment (Full-time role will be offered within 3 months as we are expanding).
