We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Sales Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team at a high-volume hotel. This hybrid role supports both the Sales Department and Front Office operations, providing essential coordination and guest service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage group rooming lists and coordinate directly with group contacts.
Prepare guest room key packets, welcome materials, and other arrival items.
Monitor and handle group and individual reservation cancellations and no-shows.
Send deposit and payment links for individual and group reservations; follow up with guests who have not completed payment.
Maintain organized records of all group communications, payments, and reservation updates.
Visit the Texas Medical Center weekly to deliver marketing materials or guest packets.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
Fill in for front desk shifts as needed, including coverage for scheduled front desk meetings.
Assist in delivering a smooth guest experience during peak times or in the absence of front desk staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or administrative support preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems is a plus (training provided).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history (required for Medical Center visits).
Must be flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
