Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests and providing excellent customer service. Duties - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Provide guests with forms and inform them of their responsibilities - Assist in maintaining facilities - Handle phone calls and inquiries politely and professionally - Set up equipment for event - Posting Signage for events Qualifications - Experience in guest services and hospitality is preferred - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Computer Skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office - Technology Uses ( Apps for payroll, Marketing, & other) - Knowledge of basic phone etiquette - Positive attitude with a willingness to help others - Strong guest relations skills gained from previous roles in hotels or restaurants - Drivers Licenses and reliable car with valid insurance to drive around Campgrounds - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Rotating weekends Weekends only Work Location: In person
