The Host is the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for a welcoming and high-end experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and service teams. The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements using club management software.

Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate estimated wait times.

Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Provide information about club amenities, events, and dining options.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.

Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness.

Assist with event hosting, check-ins, and member engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.

Previous experience in a host/hostess or front-of-house role, ideally in a fine dining or private club setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software is a plus.
