Hospitality Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Lead a team in charge of beach, sailing, and activities operations
• Regularly work in a guest-facing position while managing others
• Motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding guest service
• Maintain collaborative working relationships with other resort departments and third-party vendors
  
  

Hospitality Operations Manager Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality
• Experience with water sports and recreation
• Experience managing a large team
• Ability to work flexible hours in challenging environments
• Experience working/living in the Caribbean or ability to work independently in a remote/challenging environment
  
  

Hospitality Operations Manager Compensation And Benefits

• $65-70k Base Salary
