People First in Fremont Local Team Collaboration: * Join our close-knit team of 16 physicians at Washington Hospital. * The Hospitalist team is supported by a clinical performance nurse and practice manager with excellent nursing staff and collaborative consulting services. * Outstanding hospital leadership who are very supportive of our team. Qualifications: * Board certified/eligible in family or internal medicine. * We welcome interest from physicians coming out of training or physicians with experience desiring a career change. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: * Shifts are 7 am-7 pm, 12 pm-12 am covered by a dedicated swing hospitalist, and 7 pm-7 am covered by a dedicated Nocturnist * 7 on/7 off block schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Provide care in a 415-bed acute-care hospital with a 28-bed ICU and a 23-bed emergency room. * Closed ICU - The ICU team runs 24/7 intensivist support and codes. * Epic EMR with access to Sound Physicians' internal informatics platform for streamlined and efficient workflow. * Manageable workload and encounters foster a balanced and supportive work environment. * Our hospitalists are expected to participate in 1-2 committees that you find of interest.
