Hospital Development Manager

The Hospital Development Manager will support day-to-day operations of Coroner Liaisons, Funeral Services Liaisons, and local and regional Donation Consultants. The focus of all of these positions is effective relationship management to ensure all donation opportunities are maximized, while following organizational and regulatory policies.

  • Provide leadership to a diverse team, including primary supervision, performance evaluations, and trainings.
  • Collaborate with the director and teams to manage relationships with a large number of coroner/medical examiners, funeral homes, and hospitals within the service area.
  • Review, identify, and implement process improvement initiatives centered around maximizing organ and tissue donation opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous partnership or experience working with coroner/medical examiner and funeral home organizations highly preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous work experience within hospital administration or donation related activities preferred.
  • Proven relationship management exposure is required.
  • Flexibility- donation does not happen on a predictable schedule.

  • $100,685-113,270 annually
