HopMonk Sebastopol is actively seeking a RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our staff of 40. Candidate must be prepared to engage, participate and effect change in our growing enterprise. Must be willing to work full time and close late-night shifts with 2 and 3AM checkouts. Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years hospitality management experience, minimum 3 years total hospitality experience.

Key Management Tasks & Requirements
Direct floor, beer garden, bar(2) and venue supervision
Reservations (Yelp Reservation)
Ticketing (See Tickets)
Daily specials, draft changes
Music, lighting, general facility
High energy, it is a large property
Great attitude, loves to learn and has a positive outlook
Wants a career in the industry as we are a growing company
Attention to detail
Constantly monitors food quality, temperature, portions and appearance
Insures excellent and timely beer and cocktail service
Balances all transactions at close of shift
Prepares post-shift comments to various operations logs
Open and closes facility and manages utilities
