Hiring: Branch Manager / Branch Head Banking Financial Services

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Branch Head to lead and drive sales performance in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Location: Base location as per requirement

Salary Benefits

Hike: 25% on Current CTC

Experience: 5 - 12 years in sales

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Team Management

• Directly report to the Area Head of the base location
• Lead and manage a team of 10 to 12 Sales Managers
• Ensure adherence to all processes as per company guidelines
  
  

Business Development Sales Performance

• Drive high business performance and achieve set targets
• Utilize a strong local network to expand business opportunities
• Ensure a stable, high-performing sales team
  
  

Market Knowledge Strategy

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the local market
• Leverage market insights to enhance sales strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders for business growth
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Background:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance

At least 2 years in a team management role

Minimum 5 years of residence in the current location
