Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in highway and roadway construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
