Required Technical Skill Set

Service Desk, Communication Skills


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in handling Customer Servicing calls
  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
  • Follow the SOPs for processes like Onboarding, Offboarding, enabling necessary access, etc.
  • Should have proficiency in English


Good-to-Have

Previous Service Center Experience worked in shifts


Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

  • Follow the SOPs for various activities required to be performed
  • Ensure availability and prompt response with 99% quality
  • Should have proficiency in English and Cantonese
  • Should be able to work in shifts
