Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst Tier 3 to join their team in a contract to hire opportunity to provide technical support, enhance IT processes, and contribute to service delivery initiatives. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing ITSM systems, supporting IT projects, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple offices.


This is an onsite role in St Charles, IL, contract to hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and networking issues.
  • Deploy and support desktops, laptops, VoIP, video conferencing, and other IT technologies.
  • Administer ITSM platforms, leveraging automation, change management, and reporting.
  • Assist with system updates, configurations, and IT service improvements.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and travel up to 20% for regional support.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in IT support with expertise in Windows environments and ITSM administration.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and developing ITSM platforms.
  • Certifications (A+, Network+, ITIL, MCSA) are a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, process improvement, and automation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
